Vote of no confidence against New Zealand Prime Minister Key

It's time to let politicians know that we have rights under our democracy, without allowing any politician to make a decision without involving the public, especially when the issue has direct concern to the public. The present issue of our tea breaks at work becoming a matter of negotiation, is something that Prime Minister Key has not only overstepped in his unauthorized actions, but he has blatantly disregarded any concern in conjunction with the public and their views. The Prime Minister didn't even bother putting out a referendum or a voting poll of any nature in regards to the issue at hand. This is outrageously unacceptable, and therefore the Prime Minister should be held accountable for such a deplorable action as changing the law on tea breaks, an area he should never have gone into in the first place, so wrongfully as he has. Stand down Mr Key.
