#412014-11-27 20:39من اصولن با اجراى مجازات اعدام مخالفم چرا كه بشر اصولن خطاپذير است و امكان صد در صدى اجتناب قاضى در صدور حكم اشتباه، ناممكن است. حال اگر قاضى و قضات در مراحل مختلف به اشتباه حكم اعدام فردى را صادر كردند و محكوم اعدام شد ديگر امكانى براى جبران اشتباه قضات باقى نمى ميماند |
