this is a stupid law,if the wind is that strong you need a smaller kite,the smaller kite will produce the same power as a big kite in less wind,so i cannot understand that law..its stupid,the correct one will be if the wind is 6 beufort it is forbitten to ride with big kites,and problem solved,
The power of the kite has to do with size and wind,not only wind ,so this law is fuc+.. stupid
