The reason I signed the petition is because I am tired of all that is being said about Tom Brady. It is not fair that he is being singled out and made an example out of based on probable cause.

Because I believe in fair play. I don't believe in cheating, and I don't believe that those who conspire to cheat, or aid and abbet cheaters should get away with it. That also includes the "watchers". The refs who failed to do their jobs also need punative action meted out to them. Had they inspected the balls prior to play (as they are supposed to), they would've asked for a different ball until they got one that was usable. Where is their fine?
