When people belong to an organization or a company with many members and some things are not right things need to change if not those little things grow to big things that's how we all get in such a BIG mess and i'm so tired of things getting out of control !!!!! And i'm tired of people using power to get what they want and not every body !!!

If our Union is short of money, we should eliminate unnecessary expenditures....you know who I'm talking about. What about the $800,000 that was just put into the arbitration fund? If you have decided that grievances are "too costly" or "unwinnable", maybe it's time you came to grips with the fact the UNION and GRIEVANCES are like cake and ice cream. What's one without the other?
