I strongly feel that Elvis's dependency on prescribed medication should not be a factor at all. He contributed so much throughout his life and was a key player in the USS Arizona, that it's shameful that his name was removed. I urge you to reconsider and do the right thing.

Yes he used prescribed meds....Prescribed has nothing to do with his legacy and what he did for the world the people establishment of Hawaii.Its by all means disrespectful to him his family his fans. Why didn't u tear down the finished construction u completed with the donated funds...?Put his name back up or live with disgrace and ETA don't bring your shows there until... It's disgusting that his name was removed from something he was generous enough to help build. He was a patriot who loved his country, and is loved by millions worldwide. Would a soldier's name be struck from a memorial if was discovered he hadn't been a perfect human being after all? Well in that case no-one's name would appear on one because nobody is perfect. He served his time in the military and was a model soldier. All that matters was the fact that he cared enough and was generous enough to help erect a memorial to his fellow countrymen.
