Living in SE Idaho we have very few venues to go to for clinics and shows. As the Salt Lake City area is actually closer to get to than Boise, we look forward to additional opportunities there, particularly the Hunter-Jumper shows. Attending events at the So Jordan facility include need for hotel room for several days, eating out at nearby restaurants, and shopping...lots of shopping! Wonderful equestrian centers like the So Jordan facility are few and far between. Don't take this away from the equestrian community (which, by the way, includes those of us from surrounding states!)

Our trainer brought 8 horses to the fall hunter/jumper show. There were a goal of about 15 people who came with our group. We showed for three days, frequented several of your restaurants, and rented a house to stay in. It all benefitted your economy. We need to hang on to every equestrian facility we can.

We are loosing more places to ride our horses. We need this place to stay the way it is. Too many of us use the facilities to get ready for the show season. Its close to home and can be used in evenings after work or when the weather is bad.
