I would like to know a proper explanation why Thai team couldn't substitute for player. They couldn't even ask for a Challenge while Japan team could do anything and it went all smoothly for them.

The player changing system through tablet and its rule is unstable. More importantly, unproductive, wasting of time. Many people see that but why dont't Japan?
