(මෙම නීතිමය ප්‍රතිපාදනය ආර්ථික හැකියාව තිබෙන පුරුෂයන් පමණක්‌ ක්‍රියාත්මක කරනු ලබයි.) එකී එක්‌ බිරිඳකට දරුවන් 04 දෙනකුනම් එක්‌ පියකුට දරුවන් 16 කි. පියවරු 10 කට දරුවන් 160 කි. ඉංගී්‍රසීන් විසින් 1903 දී බලහත්කාරයෙන් අපේ ජාතියට හඳුන්වා දුන් විවාහ නීතියට අනුව සිංහලයා විවාහ කරගන්නා එක්‌ කාන්තාවට "පුංචි පවුල රත්තරං" වීමෙන් පසුව දරුවන් 2 කි. සිංහල පියවරුන් 10 කට දරුවන් 20 කි. විවාහ 04 න් බිහිවන දූ දරුවන් ගෝලීය පුරවැසියන් කරලීමට ආගමික අරමුදල් ක්‍රියාත්මකය. අපේ පියවරුන්ගේ දූ දරුවන් 20 දෙනා 2009 මහ බැංකු වාර්තාවට අනුව දිනක ආදායම රු. 200 අඩු පවුල් සියට 41% නියෝජනය කරන්නේ නම් ඔවුන්ගේ අනාගතය ගෝලීයව නොව දේශීයවද අර්බුදකාරීය. එසේ නම් ගෝලීය සිංහල ජාතියක්‌ ඉදිරි දශක 03, 04 දී බිහිකරගැනීමට නම් අප අනාගත පරපුර ගැන සිතා රටේ විවාහ නීතියට පහත යෝජිත පරිදි සංශෝධන ගෙන ඒම ඉතා වැදගත් පියවරක්‌ වනු ඇත. |
