Save the Kyloe Cow

The Council have no need to get rid of the Cow, after all we've spent years with their eye-sore, and disruption with the Tram Works. The poor Cow isn't hurting anyone, in fact it creates a bit of character in the West End.

The council need a sense of humour. it would make sense if it was tackily done but it is beautifully made. They should learn to leave businesses alone. The cow adds some much needed colour and levity to the west end.

Come on - let's save the cow - the Council should concentrate on the filth and mess in this city and focus their energies on the real matters and concerns of this city.

My kids love the cow and would be really sad to see it taken down...

Absolutely ridiculous. The cow does more good than harm, serving as a landmark when giving directions!

The construction going on next to the restaurant (which I heard has been happening for quite some time) is much more bothersome than the cow is!!

The "Kyloe cow" is part of this excellent restaurant's unique charm, and does not in any way detract from the appearance of the area. If you want to talk about "disruption" to Edinburgh and its residents, try taking a look at the complete farce that is the tram project.

The council need to listen more and dictate less. Its about time they realised that they are answerable to the public and not the other way around.

I'm shocked the council can afford the resources to consider the Kyloe cow after their tram debacles. They really don't have anything better to be doing with their time?!

Save the cow! I worked at Kyloe for over two years and that cow was a key conversation with customers!

Businesses in Edinburgh pay a hefty amount when it comes to Rates, businesses should be allowed to promote especially after the trams delay... The cow is good fun and not an eyesore... Why take 2 years to start proceedings.. If they insist on it's removal they should pay all costs incurred

We send our support all the way from Florida, we love Edinburgh, the fabulous Kyloe restaurant and the wonderful cow!! Sounds like your city council needs to mooooove on to more important issues...this is udderly ridiculous, don't cow-tow to them! Can wait to return to visit your wonderful restaurant and very much hope to see the landmark cow when we do! Cheers!

Let's moove this idea into the long grass. The council are causing a lot of unnecessary friesian with this type of decision. I say we grab the bull by the horns and hoof this petition right onto their agenda.
