This is absolutely one of the most heinous acts of cruelty I have heard about. MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT for the low-life who did this despicable act. And NOT A SLAP ON THE WRIST either. I am appalled and sickened that someone would be so deviant as to do something like this. What is keeping this beast from doing this to a child? TRULY UNCONSCIONABLE!!!
