Godrej Wood Park : Removing Objectionable Clauses From Conveyance Deed and Handover Of Plot

As a buyer(s) of plot(s) in your plotted project named Godrej Wood Park, Mamurdi, Pune have already paid all dues and consideration money as per agreement of sale & is/are demanding below -
 
1. Remove/update the objectionable clause no. 15, 16 and 23 from the deed of conveyance &
 
2.Execute deed of conveyance of the respective plot(s) to the respective owner(s) at the earliest without imposing any terms and conditions.
 
 
Please also note that - General Body of Wood Park Co-Operative Housing Society in it’s Special General Body Meeting dated 1st April 2023, with majority has decided to not to accept the clause no. 15, 16 & 23 and this has been already communicated to you.
 
 
As a buyer(s) requesting you to address it at the earliest.
