GUY HIRES A GRAPHIC DESIGNER, MAKES HIM WORK AND BLOCKS HIM WHEN IT'S TIME TO PAY

I was actually going through different posts on Twitter when I came accross a post from @CoZaGames_ where he was looking for a Graphic Designer, so I texted him.

He replied me back with all that was needed and I said I can do it and asked him for an approximate amount he can pay for the whole work, to which he said he doesn't have any idea how much these things generally cost. So I told him that we will work on the money later since I thought he was a genuine guy, and I started working on his project. He needed a Logo in 3D with multiple effects, an Avatar with additional vectors to it and a Header design. He gave me directions throughout the week and made me work hard on it. Later, when everything was done after 6 long days, I sent him the design for confirmation, and then asked him to confirm the price he will be paying me so I can send him the bill too, to which he didn't reply, so I told him the base price of everything and it summed up to £400 and then I even told him that he can tell me the amount he can pay, but then he ignored my messages and then he blocked me today. I had sent him the bill yesterady only on his email id (Coza-93 [at] hotmail [dot] com) where I had sent the designs.

Please help me sue him and get me get my money back. It wasn't about money before, I would have even settled for less, but when he stopped replying me and started ignoring my texts, I realised how all the other Graphic Designers feel when they have to face such Clients. Please help me get sue this guy and get the money out of him, please.
