Justice for Ali – Stand Against Digital Exploitation

Ali is a young boy from KwaZulu-Natal who lives with mental challenges. Recently, his innocence was brutally violated in front of hundreds.

During a TikTok Live, a local content creator coerced Ali into engaging in sexual acts — streamed live to over 250 viewers. This disturbing footage was recorded and distributed, causing further harm to Ali’s dignity and mental well-being.

This was not an accident. It was a calculated act of exploitation — and it is not the first time this content creator has allegedly targeted vulnerable individuals.

This is child abuse. It is digital exploitation. It is a crime — and it must not go unpunished.

We are calling for:

1. Immediate legal action against the perpetrator
2. A formal investigation into all previous complaints or similar incidents
3. Removal of the video and criminal charges for its distribution
4. Support and counselling for Ali and his family
5. Better online safeguards to protect vulnerable individuals. No one should ever have to suffer such abuse, especially not a child or a mentally challenged individual who cannot fully understand or defend themselves.
