Justice for Non Grant Agriculture and allied College Employee of Maharashtra state

There are nearly  150 non grant agriculture and allied colleges in Maharashtra state under Four Agricultural University . This petition demand of following Points

1. All employee of Private Agricultural and Allied colleges should be given providant Fund and Health Insurance facility including ESIC facility . State government, MCAER and State agricultural Universities should made providant fund , health insurance and  ESIC scheme compulsory for employee of non grant Agricultural and Allied colleges and take necessay measures to implement them .

2. Salary of University Approved non grant college employee should be at par with government employee. Government should make rules and regualtion for annual increment of non grant college employee.

4.Whenever government increases DA of state employee same should be implemented for non grant college employee because costliness increases for all persons not just for government employee.

4. Employee of non grant agri college should be given benefits of carries advancement scheme at par with government employee.  Employee handling additional charges such as Academics, Examination, NSS, Scholarship etc sholud be given additional salary for the same. 

5. Post of Principal should be compulsory filled by non grnat colleges. The Incharge Principal needs to be at least 15 years of experience in teaching . The post of Incharge principal should not maintained for longer time . Age of principal sholud not be more than 65 years. University should appoint a person for solving problems oof non grant employee.
