Moving of tenants in Block G and E

On the 3rd of May 2021, tenants were told via WhatsApp group chats that they have to move out of their respective units and rooms by the 7th of May as they will be placed into units that have been chosen for them. Tenants were not invited to a formal meeting where this matter was supposed to be addressed and the residence manager was supposed to account for the moving of tenants , which she unfortunately did not do. We, as tenants also believe that the moving of  tenants from units that had only 3 people residing in them to units that have 8 people residing in them is breaking the national disaster act but subjecting us to full units where COVID-19 outbreaks are highly likely to occur. The decisions made by management were not made in the best interest of paying tenants and their comfort but were made mainly for the benefits of Respublica Lincoln House management. We would also like inquire as to why we were given a week to move out of our respective rooms when a 30 days notice is supposed to be given according to the law.
