No more monthly rosters
We are asking for no more monthly rosters at Golden Boy. Collectively, we have many commitments outside the restaurant (second jobs, study, social and personal engagements) which make it unable to provide unavailability so far in advance. As well as this, as the majority of staff are casually employed, we simply can not be expected to make it to all these shifts. Please 💋
