Parking Permits for New York City Nurses Employed In the Community
There have been frustrations and interruption in patient care when home visit nurses are unable to find parking on the streets of New York's 5 boroughs. Nurses report getting cars towed and parking tickets when unable to complete their visits in a timely manner. Here is a petition that will be submitted to government, local, State, and nurse leaders to help reinforce the importance of providing permits for us. Other disciplines in lesser numbers get parking permits, when nursing makes up the largest healthcare membership in the country. Please help us serve the communities more effectively. Give us permits! Thanks.
