Petition to prevent neighbours from building dog kennels in town

 I'm starting a petition to prevent my neighbours from building dog kennels in their backyard which they will use to look after a large sum of dogs which can easily reach a total of 200 dogs. There will be constant barking dogs with stinking air where we now have peace and quiet and  clean fresh air. The problem arose when the local SPCA closed down. We ask that our neighbours find another site to build a home for these homeless dogs away from the rest of their neighbours and think about them and sanitation where they are living in a nice and quiet environment where some even came to retire. The neighbours has got a lot of sponsors so they can use all that help to find another suitable place out of town

Please help us to prevent them from building and force them to find another place
