Repeal New GHSA Womens Wrestling Rule
As of 09/06/2023 GHSA has stated that girls can ONLY wrestle girls at tournaments and duals. This critically injures the growth of women's wrestling in the state of Georgia and the growth of a female wrestler individually. Most teams in Georgia do not have enough girls to fill all weight classes. Most teams have 1-4 girls which is not enough for tournaments to take place for women's wrestling. While wrestling a boy is significantly harder it builds a female wrestler up by making them more aggressive, faster and stronger. Please help the state of Georgia's women's wrestling by signing this petition to repeal this rule. We deserve fair treatment, and we deserve to be heard. #GrowWomensWrestling
