State/Federal funding for the URGENT realignment of Epsom-Barnadown/ Axedale-Goornong Intersection

We call on the State/Federal government's to fast track urgent funding under the Black Spot Program for the realignment of the Epsom-Barnadown/Axedale-Goornong Intersection.

The intersection has seen 4 serious multiple car collisions in 12 months the latest being 21/12/2017, adding to the 6 over the previous 7 years.

The intersection is the intersecting point of two 100kmh roads, with clearly marked but ignored STOP signs and rumble strips. Near misses are witnessed on a regular basis.

The only way to truly make the intersection safe for all motorists is by realignment of Epsom-Barnadown Rd. For the safety of all road users please support and sign this petition.
