The Declaration of Scotland

short except of the full declaration:

We the people of Scotland hold the sovereign rights of this stated land and sea here in Scotland and no other can claim or remove the sovereignty from the Scots. Now or at any moment until the end of time itself.
We now ask you to acknowledge the fact that as sovereign Scots we can no longer stand by a broken union.
We now comprehensively declare the union of the UK has been broken. This proven twice in court. Once in the Scottish court and once again in the supreme UK court.
