TO DENY BAIL FOR A 59 YEARS OLD JEFFREY'S BAY WOMAN
We Undersigned, call on the South African Justice system to Deny Bail to a 59 year old Woman who was arrested on charges for Child Neglect and Assault with Intent to Griveous Bodily Harm. On a 2 Year old Avelenkosini Nkutu.
We the people of Jeffrey's Bay and the surrounding arrears, stand united and Determined as we appeal to the Humansdorp Magistrate Court. To refuse bail to the accused Woman.
This case is not just a legal matter but also a fight for Justice, safety and accountability to our community.
On Monday the 12th January 2026, our collective voices and cries must be heard in the courtroom, sending a clear message that the Charges for Child Neglect and Assault with Intent to Griveous Bodily Harm are serious crimes that threaten the very fabric of our community
WE OPPOSE BAIL FOR THE 59 YEAR OLD WOMAN for the following reasons:

2 Disregard of a Human Life
3.Risk of intimidation

And we believe that when one is hurt and Harmed we are all affected. JUSTICE FOR AVELENKOSINI NKUTU is justice for any other child, parent and every Citizen. Who believes in compassion and Humanity.
