To have Pelican Crossing Traffic lights at West Street

We need a pelican crossing traffic lights at weSt street, a number of things that have been done in the past years ie; speed humps,speed monitors and reduced speed limit neither of which have worked on slowing vehicles down and just this year (2015) alone, their have been 3 car padestrian accidents on this road! Now it's time to take action and make our road safe for our schools and everyone else.
