Waterfall Association Emergency Meeting

We the association membership as ascribed by our signatures below demand an Emergency Meeting of the Association be called to discuss the pending litigation facing our membership.  This meeting should be held with the attorney present.  This meeting is for the membership to decide collectively the direction that we take in moving forward with this litigation, and to determine whether the behavior of the current President warrants his removal from his position.  

Please do not sign this anonymously as your signature will be discarded.  You have to be a member of the association in good standing, and have to be counted.  An anonymous signature will be discarded
