I was contacted by a senior member of their team overseas by telephone and we had a lengthy conversation about their current levels of service.
Whilst I empathised with their challenges, which have been extensive, I was very clear that as consumers, we did not deem this to be satisfactory.
What I discussed was that the majority of us are loyal customers and all very reasonable people. What we wanted was communication, acceptance of the poor performance, an apology and a gesture of good will along with the refunds processed.
This morning, I have received the below which I believe is a fair and reasonable response from the brand and an opportunity to regain our trust.
I trust that you are all experiencing a better level of service and that refund notifications are being sent to you.

Regarding the refund for your Pandora order, we would like to let you know that unfortunately we encountered some technical issues while processing transactions, resulting in a delay in being able to process refunds as quickly as we would like to.
We are in the process of making a number of significant upgrades to our system. We are working with new vendors and a new system, which led us to a temporary issue that caused the internal delay with being able to process your refund.
Our team has been working hard in identifying and resolving the issue and we can assure you that your refund has now been issued. Kindly note that it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
