Can not get my gifts It said there has been an error in redeeming your gift. They said it would be fixed in 24 to 48 hours this has been going on for weeks. Not fix yet. I had surgery and I need my gift. I work hard getting my friends to come over and for what NOTHING. I will stop asking so they will have less people to give to them. Double Down Casino needs to improve there sight. When you cut people off in the middle of a game you need to return those chip's.Not make it sound like it's our fault. Then tell us we should have signed back in when we can't get back in. Also your daily spins are very cheap. I have gone to Double U. It's more fun and you can play much longer on what they give you.
