DEMOLISHMENT DEMAND : ILLEGAL STRUCTURE MIMOSA PARK / ESTERA/LAMBTON GARDENS

We the residents of Mimosa Park / Estera / Lambton Gardens hereby inform you of the illegal structure that is erected in Dallas Road.

The entire community is not in favour of this structure that is erected to be a tuck shop.
This has been built on the boundary line, at a stop street across a nursery school where parking is not enough already and now, they want to open a tuck shop when there is a garage and a shop less than 100 meters from where they built this monstrosity.

There are not enough residents in the area to support all these shops with a fair ratio.
This structure has been built with no building plans, it is in a residential zoned area, and it is very close to the boundary wall - not compliant with any of the bylaws of Ekurhuleni.

We as a community demand this building be demolished as soon as posible and fines should be issued.
