Remove current live in onsite manager of Parkwood Villas

Removing the current onsite live in manager of Parkwood Villa's for failure to complete basic duties as the onsite manager.  Current onsite manager is not acting in the best interests of the owners and tenants.  Current onsite manager does not assist owners in emergencies such as: 1. sewerage entering an elderly owners unit.  2. live electrical sparks coming from owners ceiling. 3. dining room ceiling caving in from water pooling in ceiling.  Onsite management did state in writing that they do not have any emergency electricians or plumbers, all real estates should have emergency plumbers and electricians for their tenants.  Onsite manager not available to assist during breaks ins, tenants harassment, stalking, intimidation, loud parties, vulgar language, littering common property with cigarette butts and property damage.  No duty of care given to young children entering the pool alone, young children riding bikes and scooters around the complex up to an including on the tennis court. Current onsite management has let the complex go the complex is unkempt, gates are broken, cars are parking all over peoples yards. Their is no assistance with dogs that bark for countless hours on end causing a noise disturbance to residents of the complex.  Onsite managment is not assisting with current issues and is in fact hindering Parkwood Villa's ability to move forward with managment services the owners pay.  Their is no lawn maintenance, pool maintenance or complex maintaince or upkeep being given by onsite management.
