Violence Against Women's Act

The Violence Against Women's Act would provide services to victims of dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. It develops prevention strategies and improves criminal justice response. Since it was passed: states passed laws banning stalking and authorized warrant less arrests in domestic violence cases,  the rate of partner violence decreased by 67%, and the rate of partner homicides of females decreased 35% and males 46%. The VAWA has made huge differences and can continue to do so if passes. Please sign and make a difference to communities everywhere.
